Become a Vendor
If you would like to become a vendor, please fill out the Vendor Application in its entirety with information about your booth (description, size specifications, etc.) and basic contact information and e-mail or fax the completed form to linda@sanangelorodeo.com or (325) 653-3270. Priority will be given to those contributing maximum information.
Selection Process
Previous year's exhibitors are offered the first opportunity to return. New applicants selected based on the uniqueness of the product/services, appearance of the display and space availability. The application will be held on file for one year from application date. If you are selected to receive a contract, you will be given appropriate time to return the contract. *Note: In some cases, vendors are unable to come; therefore, you may be contacted later than above date to fill this position if you desire.
Pricing Information
Prices range from $450 to $500.
Amenities
- No charge for electrical usage. Electrical wiring for connections of more than 110 volt are the responsibility of lessee.
- Arrangements for RV camping should be made in advance. RV space is limited and cost $25/night. To reserve an RV space, contact linda@sanangelorodeo.com
- Booth decorations, tables, chairs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Banners, signage and other forms of advertising are subject to management approval.
