The Livestock Judging contest is open to all Texas junior exhibitors. The contest will be divided into two divisions, junior and senior. There will not be separate 4-H and FFA divisions, everyone will be combined. Eight classes for both divisions will be judged. These classes will represent each species of cattle, sheep, swine, and goats. Both divisions will be required to answer questions on three predetermined classes. Contestants will be allowed twelve minutes on each class to make their observations, record their placings and take notes for questions when applicable.
