Justin Jonas - Executive Director

Justin Jonas - Executive Director

Justin was appointed Executive Director in August of 2007 & oversees all facets of the association. Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, where he also competed on the livestock judging team. He went on to get his Masters in Science from Angelo State University. Justin, his wife Bridgette, and son Levi raise sheep just outside of San Angelo, and are very involved with their church.
Cody Clements - Fairgrounds Manager

Cody Clements - Fairgrounds Manager

Cody oversees the maintenance and daily operations of the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo fairgrounds. He ensures that the facilities are prepared, safe, and well-maintained for year-round activities and events. His leadership and dedication play a key role in maintaining the high standards of the Association’s venues. 
Josh Hilton- Rodeo Manager

Josh Hilton- Rodeo Manager

Josh joined the team in June 2020, and brings a vast knowledge of the rodeo industry. Also known as "Hambone," Josh has a sound production business in the rodeo industry as well. Josh was the Music Director at the San Angelo rodeo for over a decade before becoming part of our full-time staff. He is a three-time PRCA Music Director of the Year. He also is the Music Director for the National Finals Rodeo. Josh and his wife Whitney, have a son named Gus. They enjoy traveling and spending time together. 
Mason McGuire- Livestock Director

Mason McGuire- Livestock Director

Mason is a Central High School graduate and San Angelo native. He started his career at SASSRA early on, working with the Operations department during high school and college. Mason received his B.S. in Biology from Angelo State University. His passion for the stock show industry came from his involvement with FFA programs. Mason and his wife Lindsey enjoy going on mission trips and traveling across the world. 
Brenda Ybarra- Office Administrative Assistant

Brenda Ybarra- Office Administrative Assistant

Brenda is a San Angelo native and Angelo State University alumni. She serves as our office administrative assistant. This friendly voice routinely answers when you call. She helps with venue rentals, oversees membership records, and manages various entries. She also oversees RV reservations, accounts receivable, and many other clerical needs. Brenda and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their family and friends. We're proud to have Brenda as a valuable part of our team! 
Melissa Clements - Ticketing & Vendor Coordinator

Melissa Clements - Ticketing & Vendor Coordinator

Originally from Miles, Melissa serves as the Ticketing and Vendor Coordinator for the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Association. She is responsible for managing ticketing processes, coordinating vendor participation, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests, sponsors, and exhibitors. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence contribute greatly to the success of each event.
