Vendors

The San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo offers spectators a variety of shopping options while wandering the fairgrounds. The First Financial Pavilion hosts an array of vendor booths featuring everything from clothing and home decor, to cowboy chocolates, and so much more. Inside the First Financial Pavilion is also a community booth featuring a different volunteer organization daily. Looking for memorabilia from the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo? Stop by the information booth inside the First Financial Pavilion or Gandy Ink booth inside the Foster Communications Coliseum during rodeo performances!

While roaming the grounds, you will also see outdoor booths featuring items from companies and sponsors alike including fence building supplies, tractors, and heavy machinery! If you are showing livestock or just looking for specialty products a variety of livestock equipment suppliers will be spread across the grounds to assist in accommodating the needs of exhibitors as well! Still haven't found the right hat for you or your little buckaroo? We can help with that too as several trailer booths have duds to get you rodeo ready!

A list of vendors will be available closer to the 2024 San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo.

Interested in Setting Up?

Are you interested in bringing your goods to the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo? As the largest economic impact event in San Angelo, the stock show and rodeo brings a HUGE crowd to San Angelo from across the state and nation. With a growing livestock show, new participants from all over Texas come to see what San Angelo has to offer.

There are a variety of sizes of booths available starting at a 8x8 booth. Booths are available inside the First Financial Pavilion. Trailer booths may also be set-up between the venues if space is available, as well as outdoor vendors.

We are currently seeking vendors for new spaces, specifically vendors outside of the boutique industry, as we have many from that sector.

For prices, please contact Melissa Clements by email at melissa@sanangelorodeo.com or by phone at 325-653-7785.

All vendors from the previous year are allowed first right of refusal, then vendors on the wait list will be contacted. Returning vendors interested in setting up for the Livestock show in February, are required to submit contracts and deposits by November 24, 2023. Returning vendors interested in setting up for the Rodeo in April, are required to submit contracts and deposits by January 15, 2024.
