Entries & Premium Book

The most important page to livestock exhibitors, parents and guardians, and project supervisors is right before your eyes! Below you will find valuable information regarding the rules for entering and participating in the San Angelo Stock Show.

Additionally, all entry forms for the Livestock Show.

Please remember that all Junior Show entries require a printed entry form, with original signatures (no photocopies) to be submitted by mail to our office postmarked no later than December 1, and all junior show entries must be entered into our online entry system by midnight, December 1 by the supervising agent. Any and all late entries will be accepted by mail only. One check per club/chapter is requested. No personal checks are accepted for Junior Show entries.

Open Show entries can be submitted online or by mail. If an exhibitor is entering online they MUST pay with a debit or credit card. If an exhibitor is entering by mail they MUST pay with a check. Personal or company checks are accepted for open show entries. Llama & Alpaca entries will be MAIL IN ONLY!

All judging contests and Junior Food Challenge entries will be submitted through www.judgingcard.com. Judging contest entries are due February 10 and the Food Challenge Entry Deadline is December 1st.

Junior Rabbit Show Entries & Robotics Contest Entries are submitted by MAIL only! No online entries!



2021 Information - Updated 10/27/2020

The San Angelo Stock Show will proceed with our schedule as initially posted. As the “barn talk” circulates, we are unsure what to expect on entry numbers this year, but know our current schedule is the friendliest to our exhibitors, their families, and advisors. After the initial entry deadline, if we experience entry numbers that exceed the capacity of our facilities, we will be forced to adjust the schedule to accommodate any shows with capacity issues.

Additionally, we will continue to offer both junior and open breeding shows, as well as judging contests.

Entry fees will be increased by $5.00 to help offset increased costs in additional labor and sanitizing expenses.

Furthermore, we will handle parking passes and gate passes as we have in the past. Each livestock exhibitor will receive one complimentary gate pass, and CEA’s and AST’s will receive a complimentary gate pass. All parking passes must be purchased.

Please understand that we continually monitor the numerous factors facing our event, but are dedicated to providing a positive outlet for all of our youth participants. Please be patient as we work through this season.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will be unable to accept credit card payments through our online entry portal. We ask that you please submit payment by check, cashier's check, or money order. If you must pay by credit card, please contact the livestock office to make arrangements.
