Entries & Premium Book

The most important page to livestock exhibitors, parents and guardians, and project supervisors is right before your eyes! Below you will find valuable information regarding the rules for entering and participating in the San Angelo Stock Show.

Additionally, all entry forms for the Livestock Show.

Please remember that all Junior Show entries require a printed entry form, with original signatures (no photocopies) to be submitted by mail to our office postmarked no later than December 1, and all junior show entries must be entered into our online entry system by midnight, December 1 by the supervising agent. Any and all late entries will be accepted by mail only. One check per club/chapter is requested. No personal checks are accepted for Junior Show entries.

Open Show entries must be submitted by paper entry only. Personal or company checks are accepted for open show entries.

All judging contests and Junior Food Challenge entries will be submitted through www.judgingcard.com. Judging contest entries are due February 10 and the Food Challenge Entry Deadline is January 10.

Junior Rabbit Show Entries & Robotics Contest Entries are submitted by MAIL only! No online entries!

Entry Questions

How do you submit Calf Scramble entries?

Calf Scramble entry forms must be printed from the website, filled out completely with the appropriate original signatures, and submitted by mail.

There is NO online entry process for Calf Scramble. Entries open September 15 and close on December 15.

How do you submit Rabbit Show entries?

Junior Rabbit Show entries are accepted only by mail. Please remember personal checks are NOT accepted for Junior Show entries, though we do accept money orders or cashier's checks.

Rabbit Show entries are due January 10.

How do you enter Judging Contests & Youth Food Challenge?

All judging contest and Youth Food Challenge entries are managed by www.judgingcard.com. You may log into judgingcard.com to enter the appropriate number of individuals for judging contests, and teams for the Youth Food Challenge.

Teams are not declared for judging contests until registration for judging contests.

How do you enter the Robotics Contest?

All Robotics entries are to be submitted by paper form only, and paid by a school check, cashier's check or money order. Entries must be submitted by a school official, ag teacher or county extension agent.

What forms of payment are accepted for entries?

Entries prior to the show may be paid by check (school or county check only for Junior Show entries), money order, or cashier's checks. Credit cards are not accepted.

Late entries processed at the show are Cash Only.
